Finding inner peace:) Why meditation? It gives you peace within and relieves you of anxiety. Join me in guiding you to your inner peace so that you can eventually do it on your own. We use visualization and other techniques. Sometimes we are walking in silence outside and other times we are inside in a quiet space. Afterwards there will be time to go over what we saw/experienced if that is what we choose:)
