Have you ever experienced resistance and self doubt just before you are ready to publish or launch? It’s here to really push your desire to be great. The resistance is REAL and it takes all you have to push through it and go through the door. If you have succeeded doing it anyway I want to congratulate you. You DID it!!! What a feeling. I published my book a while back and to actually publish it took about a half year. All the feelings in the world trying to stop me came up. All the excuses to not do it as well. Now I am launching a Weightloss program called Effortless Weightloss Mastery and resistance has been REAL as well but I went through and now I have taken control.
